We visit your property bi-annually to check for any defects or problems. You will receive a written report together with recommendations for maintaining your property at its best and in order to protect future rental value.
At the end of the tenancy, having organized for the inventory to be checked, we will deal with any dilapidation claims, and undertake the necessary repairs, maintenance or redecoration
